Nancy's visit

My mother-in-law Nancy came to visit us this past week. She is simply amazing! As soon as she found out that the doc believed junior was on his way she changed her flight to come out 3 weeks earlier. Here's the scoop: I found out at my OBGYN appointment last Tuesday that I am dilated to 4.5, which technically is active labor (which is funny because I feel great). My doc said that I could check into the hopsital if I wanted or just go for a long walk to get contractions going. Well the long walk(s) didn't work. Neither did jogging up and down stairs at the baseball park, or driving over several bumps really fast, or jumping on a trampoline (just kidding- I didn't really do that one). So one week later here we are: No baby, I'm still dilated to a 4.5 and I drove Nancy back to the airport this afternoon to return to Seattle. I was sad to see her leave, but it was wonderful having her here and we are grateful she made the trip. She loved spending the time with Dallin and he loved playing with his grandma. Nancy was a good sport and played baseball and golf with Dallin ALL day long everyday. He wakes up around 6 to 6:30 each morning and within minutes wants to play baseball.
